“We want people of all ages to enjoy the excitement of the Tokyo Marathon….”

This thought is what first motivated us to create the “Family Run”, a fun run event where the whole family can enjoy on the Tokyo Marathon race day.
Due to the marathon course change in 2017, the Family Run has moved to the day before the race, however this time, we are excited to announce that the event will be back on the race day at the finish area of the Tokyo Marathon, where kids will be the first ones to cross the finish line before the elite athletes!
